We collect one email address. Yours, if you give it to us.

What we collect

• Your email address — only if you join the waitlist. We use it to tell you about Clutch: when you can get in, and what changed. Nothing else.
• Your IP address — used to protect the site from abuse, kept briefly, and may appear in operational logs alongside signup and error events.

That’s the whole list.

What we don’t

• No cookies. The site sets none.
• No analytics, trackers, or ad pixels.
• No third-party requests from your browser — fonts and assets are served from our own domain.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your data with anyone for marketing.

Who touches the data

Two vendors, both under their own data-processing terms:

• Resend stores the waitlist and sends our email.
• DigitalOcean hosts this site (in the United States) and retains its operational logs for a limited period.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Abuse-protection data is kept briefly. Logs expire on the hosting provider’s retention schedule.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. For anything else — see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email [email protected] and we’ll handle it.

Changes

If our data practices change, this page changes with them, along with the effective date at the top.
